Networking and Referrals
TempNet members are known as leaders in their respective markets, are quality oriented and have a sharing attitude. Our non-competitive market protection promotes a high level of valuable sharing. This nationwide network can become a source of new business, and keep you in touch with what is happening in the industry. Members keep in touch through 2 conferences each year and participate in a group e-mail list serve, sharing immediate concerns and needs.

Conferences/ Staff Training
TempNet conducts 2 conferences each year as a resource for professional advancement and career growth within the industry. TempNet is certified by the American Staffing Association to offer continuing education credits toward the CSP™ and the TSC™ programs. Continuing education credits are required to obtain and maintain the designations.

Google Groups
TempNet owner members and TempNet manager members have a group e-mail address that is used to gain input from other members on issues of concern or to share common forms and documents. There are also user group lists for members using the same staffing software. Many members tell us that this instant feedback from other business owners is alone worth their membership cost!

CEO Net
CEO Net establishes groups that become a permanent and ongoing source of support for each participating owner member. Past Presidents of TempNet participate in and act as monitor/reporter for each group. The program is a combination of problem solving and issue discussion. A group of topics is selected and provided to participants prior to the meeting so that owners can be prepared to get the most out of the dedicated time available.

MANAGER Net
Manager Net is your opportunity to gain ideas, advice, and support from your fellow members. What are your biggest challenges? What’s happening in your business that you’d like to get input on? Participants come prepared to share information and develop a network of resources for support and success. They take advantage of the opportunity to get candid input and opinions on the issues facing their business. This group meets during conferences, and between conferences on the google group.

Peer Review
A representative of TempNet’s Peer Review Committee is available to consult and make recommendations on how your firm can improve its growth and profit position. You may choose a complete review of your operation, or select a specific area on which to focus. Job shadowing and intern opportunities are also available. 

Vendor Support
TempNet owners have the support of a strong network of industry providers offering our members a range of services with the goal of increasing profitability and efficiency. Our associate members are also an important source of continuing education.

Yearly Financial Operations Survey
Your submission to the survey is confidential. You gain a yearly picture of your business compared to other members and the nationals, using specific industry financial benchmarks. 

Legal and Legislative Consulting
TempNet retains one of the country’s top labor relations law firms, helping us stay current on legislation that impacts our industry and acting as a resource on legal issues.

TempNet Resource Center
Do you need to update your employee handbook? See what other TempNet members use in the Employee Handbook section. Do you need industry-specific job application forms, or a new idea for a sales promotion? Why spend your time creating a job description when you can borrow from people you trust? TempNet members contribute their resources, and the area is updated by member needs and requests.  You will find all of this and a book lending library in the TempNet Resource Center, available 24 hours daily on our web site, www.tempnetstaffingassociation.org

Communication / Publications
A monthly newsletter keeps members informed of the essence of the previous meeting, offers informational and educational articles, bios on new members and associates, and previews of upcoming meetings. TempNet’s web site at www.tempnetstaffingassociation.org  provides 24-hour access to registration information for meetings, a directory of members, the newsletter, and shared resources.

Split Fee Program
TempNet members can share job orders and candidates to make direct hire placements. Our website allows you to post job orders and receive automatic notification when an order is posted. Cooperating with TempNet members increases your potential to place a recruit or assist a current client outside of your market.
