This year's members-only Fall Conference gives us an opportunity for learning and networking in one of the most vibrant cities in America. Join us in Nashville for excellent sessions presenting new information and practical approaches for implementation in addition to meeting up and learning from your fellow TempNet members!
REGISTRATION QUESTIONS
I am an Associate Member – Do I still need to Register
Yes! Every member needs to fill out a registration form in order to be counted as an attendee for the convention.
When is the registration/cancellation deadline?
Registrations will be accepted until September 18, 2024. Cancellations must be received in writing no later than September 17, 2024. Cancellations received after September 17 will only be refunded up to 50%
Can non-members attend TempNet Meetings?
TempNet meetings are only open to TempNet members in good standing. Members may bring a guest for an additional charge. Guests may not represent a member or non-member corporate entity. Please refer to the registration form for full details.
How do I receive the room block rate at the Hilton Nashville Downtown
Registered attendees will receive the code for the room block after the registration form is submitted.
TRAVEL/HOTEL QUESTIONS
What airports are nearby?
- Nashville International Airport – 15 minute drive
What options are there for ground transportation?
Uber, Lyft and local Taxi companies operate from the airport. You can also do a rental car. Valet Parking is available at the hotel for $58 per day.
Are there hotel details you can provide?
Our group rate at the Hilton Nashville Downtown for a regular king or double room is $309 plus taxes. The group rate is available for stays that check-in Wednesday and out Saturday.
Am I responsible for my own meals?
Your registration fee covers Wednesday appetizers, Thursday breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner, Friday breakfast, lunch, snacks, and appetizers.
